Terms of Delivery

The price includes VAT and EXW from Lithuania. We offer our logistic services upon the buyer’s request to all European locations. We will issue a 0% VAT invoice for buyers from the EU who are legal entities and VAT payers in their country of origin. Buyers from countries outside the EU are obliged to pay their import taxes as set by their government.

Preparation for Use

Before you can enjoy your wooden hot tub, you need to prepare it for use. Follow these steps:

1. Keep the tub filled with water when the temperature is above 0°C. Do not make a fire if the tub is not filled with enough water.
2. Empty the tub in winter when the outside temperature is below zero to prevent the stove from cracking.
3. Start the stove with dry, small firewood, then use larger firewood.
4. Estimate the heating time based on the size of the tub and the type of stove. It can vary from 2 to 3.5 hours.
5. Prevent water seepage by using silicone between the wall boards. The hot tub can be used immediately after it is filled with water.
