  • Standard Option: Two of four windows open.
  • Upgraded Options: Choose three or all four windows as operable.
  • Add a skylight window or roof with a window for enhanced brightness and style.
• Wall Heights: Opt for the standard 120 cm wall height or upgrade to 133 cm or 146 cm for added spaciousness.
• Flooring Choices:
  • Standard Floor: 18 mm panels.
  • Luxury Options: 28 mm flooring, insulated flooring, or insulated flooring with air ventilation for maximum comfort.
